1)Nausea 

  1. Start with clear liquids and gradually progress to soft foods and then solid foods as directed. Avoiding foods that may trigger nausea, such as spicy or greasy foods, can help prevent discomfort.

  5. Avoid lying down or reclining immediately after eating, instead sit upright for at least 30 mins after eating. 

Vomiting
